Landmark Realty Services Corp was founded by principals Steven Ezell, Mike Hartley, and Ernie Lehning almost 30 years ago. The three partners have created a significant real estate portfolio during that time and developed numerous stand-out communities in several counties across Middle Tennessee. 

To ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship are upheld throughout the life of its projects, Landmark formed TriMark Builders LLC in 2014 with Will Waldkirch overseeing all construction.

Landmark's primary areas of focus include land acquisition and development of residential, retail, office, and industrial properties.
